1111 人力銀行調查， 5 成 7 企業今年第四季有徵才意願，相較去年同期的 6 成 1 ，下滑 4 個百分點。主要徵才原因為「填補流失人力」( 54.4% )、「業務量大增」( 19.3% )及「例行性徵才」( 18.8% )。至於主要徵才產業以「傳產製造」、「民生服務」及「資訊科技」的意願較高，主要職缺依舊以「業務貿易」( 29.5% )、「工程研發」( 18.6% )及「餐飲相關」( 13.7% )占最大宗。
至於行政院已核定基本工資明年調漲，月薪漲至 2 萬 2 千元、時薪 140 元。調查顯示， 4 成的企業人事支出將因此增加，平均多 5% ；另有 6 成企業坦言「沒有影響」。

此外，有近 2 成受訪企業因基本工資調漲而「調整」明年度徵才計劃，其中包括 10.4% 選擇增聘正職人員、增聘兼職人力及兩者皆有， 9.1% 選擇減少聘用正職人員、減少聘用兼職人力及兩者皆減少。但對於 8 成企業而言，聘雇計畫不受基本工資調升影響。
